Hauraki New Build

This new build was ready to sell. Our client wanted a low maintenance garden, that was budget conscious, so the property would be ready to put on the market.

Our design used native plants, Nikau palms and hardy flaxes - all cheaper options that have long-lasting appeal. Instant turf provided a clean look, so the property was ready to sell as soon as possible.

We also used simple hardscaping - utilizing techniques such as clean, modern lines to minimise costs.
